Basic Delivery Information
We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. We currently ship in India, USA, UK, Australia, Africa and Middle East. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Aarsun Woods is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7-10 business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/ debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Aarsun Woods is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Aarsun Woods is proud to use standard Payment Gateways for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an e-mail update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are shipped.
Shipping and Processing Charges – Standard Shipping
Shipping and processing charges for all items is based on the item size, weight, delivery destination, or other factors. We do our best to provide you with accurate shipping and delivery times on all our designs, but please note that these times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery estimates are not a guarantee.
We require a $500 U.S. funds minimum order on all international orders. International orders must be paid by wire transfer with no exceptions.
Please note that all sales on international orders are final.
To place an international shipping order, place your order online as normal. In the process of placing your order, you will see a screen message telling you that your postal code is not in our regular shipping zones. After you place your order, you will be contacted by e-mail with a shipping quote for you to approve.
After you place your order and approve any related shipping quote charges, you will be contacted by Customer Service via e-mail with the details on how to arrange payment to our bank. Please note that we are not responsible for any wire transfer fees or related charges. Shipping charges for deliveries outside of the continental U.S. will be quoted via e-mail within 3 business days of your order or request.
Applicable sales tax will be added to your order for shipments “as per the local law”.
We make every effort to pack items so they will arrive at your door safely. Despite our best efforts, sometimes breakage does occur.
If you receive damaged merchandise we will replace it as quickly as possible. Be sure to contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials.
Not Getting Your Items?
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Ground delivery only occurs during business hours, Monday – Friday excluding holidays.
Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order, if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time, which may be 10-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
